I spent 15 years in brand strategy, a lot of it around creators. The problem was the same in every category: sellers and businesses had dashboards full of numbers that never told them which creator would actually drive sales. I’ve built AI systems myself, seen what they do for existing industries, and started with creator commerce. Everything else is next.

Fifteen years in brand strategy
I talk about enterprise AI as it's actually built — the systems, the governance, the parts that are hard. It started in gaming and emerging tech, where the same thing was true: the technology gets the attention, and the system that makes it work is the real job. That's the through-line of my keynotes and panels at international summits.
